How to make a Matcha latte:

- Place 1tsp (2g) of Macha powder into a bowl.
- Pour in a small amount of hot water (70 degrees celcius) and whisk into a smooth paste.
- Transfer Matcha paste into a pre-warmed glass.
- Steam 180ml of your choice of milk to 68 degrees celsius.
- Pour milk over Matcha paste.
