Noël - Christmas Blend

For this year's Christmas offering we have firstly medium roasted, and then blended, our popular Brazilian Sao Lucas beans with a Colombian coffee bean that has been fermented with the fruit of cherries.
The result is a stunningly rich, chocolatey coffee with a subtle hint of syrupy, sweet cherry and a creamy finish - literally giving flavours of black forest gateau.
Best brewed as espresso, moka pot, or cafetiere.

You'll notice that the bags inside of this box of coffee does not have a foil lining or a plastic ventilation valve. Both of these elements are the main things that prevent commercial coffee bags being either home recyclable or home compostable. Because of this you may wish to purchase one of our reusable bag clips to secure the bag inside.
