The certified organic Finca El Alto in La Labor, Ocotepeque, is one of the region's higher altitude farms. Benefitting from its own warehouse, fermentation tanks & drying facility, the farm uses its mucilage & pulp by-products to create their own nutrient rich, organic fertiliser for the land. After final milling the beans are sent to Vancouver, where the caffeine is extracted using the chemical-free, Swiss Water process, retaining its naturally inherent flavours.
