Growers

The coffee growers of Inzá, which is situated in the Tierradentro National Park within the central Andean mountain range, are mainly smallholders, typically growing on average two hectares of coffee. Cherries are delivered to a central farm for drying, before being delivered to the milling facility in Popayan, where the beans are graded, cupped and quality controlled. Brown sugar and maple sweetness is balanced by blackberry and zesty grapefruit acidity, resulting in a delicious coffee with satisfying body and mouthfeel.
