Colombia Papayo - LIMITED EDITION

£17.75 - £21.00

Description

This LIMITED EDITION Colombian Papayo is a varietal of coffee that emerged as a natural mutation, its elongated beans resemble the shape of a papaya fruit, inspiring its name.

Cherries are exposed to 45 hours of aerobic fermentation before drying over 10-15 days. This creates a unique profile characterised by intense fruits, sweetness, and full body.

Roasted lighter to best suit filter brew methods, but equally as delicious under all brew methods, this coffee is a real treat to be enjoyed while stocks last.

Please note: for this particular premium coffee we have chosen to supply it in 200g only in order to keep it as accessible a price point as possible.

You'll notice that the bags inside of this box of coffee does not have a foil lining or a plastic ventilation valve. Both of these elements are the main things that prevent commercial coffee bags being either home recyclable or home compostable. Because of this you may wish to purchase one of our reusable bag clips to secure the bag inside.
