Delivery and Returns

We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.

We dispatch Monday to Friday, with an aim of dispatching orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, along with all orders placed over the weekend.

We offer Free Delivery to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland for orders over £40 (after any discounts), with these orders sent via Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked 48’ service.

For orders under £40 not eligible for free delivery, either a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service can be selecting during the checkout process, priced as follows:

Occasionally, at our discretion (and to achieve the fastest delivery times), we may utilise an alternative courier service instead.

Further Information

The delivery times above are the delivery aims of each postal service and none of the time-frames are guaranteed. During busy periods please expect to experience longer than usual delivery times and place orders in plenty of time. If you are concerned about how long your parcel is taking to arrive please contact us. While delays in the postal network are outside of our control we will do everything we can to help.

To ensure you receive your delivery as quickly as possible we recommend specifying a safe, dry space for the parcel to be left in, in case no-one is home when delivery is attempted. Any delivery instructions can be left in the ‘Order notes’ box during the checkout process.

We do our best to package and carefully protect items we send using sustainable packaging options. In the unlikely event that your order has sustained damage in transit please contact us immediately on info[@]lostbarncoffee.co.uk so we can assist.

If the unlikely event that we are unable to supply an item(s) ordered for reasons outside of our control, for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided when ordering, and arrange a refund of the item(s) accordingly.

Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item(s) please first contact us within 7 days via email or phone to arrange this.

If you decide to send back your order please do so in the original packaging, if available, along with the original order details and the reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or replacement. Upon receipt we will arrange a replacement or refund of the goods value as required. Unless returning damaged/faulty stock, items must be returned in original condition.
