25.03.21 – Delivery Services Currently Normal
Delivery times for Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class and our Courier services are currently normal with no reported issues on our standard delivery times.
19.01.21 – Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery times have improved significantly since Christmas, however there may still be slight delays on the odd occasion. The majority of our customers receive their orders within the standard times set out by Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class.
12.12.20 – Possible Delivery Delays
We have been made aware that there is an increased disruption to various delivery services throughout the UK due to the effect of COVID 19. There may be limited deliveries in some areas due to resourcing issues in a small number of delivery offices within the UK.
Shipments and Returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail and delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method if it is available.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
For worldwide delivery quote please contact us via the contact form below. Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days of receipt by courier. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
International delivery – Currently Suspended
January 2021 Update:
Due to long delays at UK ports for postal and courier services we have decided to temporarily suspend international orders on our website.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are happy to supply orders outside of the UK. We will quote delivery costs at time of ordering. Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Lost Barn Coffee reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
If you wish to return your product for any reason or if you have any questions regarding your order and delivery please feel free to contact us.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item(s) please contact us within 7 days. If you decide to send back your order please do so in the original packaging, if available, along with the original dispatch advice and reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or replacement. Upon receipt we will arrange a replacement or refund of the goods value as required. Please note items must be returned in original condition. If the product is damaged in any way or has been broken in transit, please contact us on info[@]lostbarncoffee.co.uk. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or service(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
