Description

In a state of almost complete disrepair, Finca Guadelupe Zaju, the farm where this coffee is grown and cultivated, was taken over in 2004 by Eduardo 'Teddy' Estave.
He has been lovingly restoring it ever since to its previously esteemed and reputable status.

Carefully roasted to achieve a slightly darker roast profile and richer depth of flavour this coffee is best brewed through espresso, moka pot, or cafetiere.

You'll notice that the bags inside of this box of coffee does not have a foil lining or a plastic ventilation valve. Both of these elements are the main things that prevent commercial coffee bags being either home recyclable or home compostable. Because of this you may wish to purchase one of our reusable bag clips to secure the bag inside.
