From the Huehuetenango region in the Cuchumatanes mountains in Guatemala, the Todosanterita cooperative of farmers produces a coffee with complexity, richness and body. Currents of hot air sweep up from the Mexican plains and combine with the cool mountain air to produce the region’s microclimate, allowing for the cultivation of some of Guatemala’s best coffee. At a medium roast, our Todosanterita gives a chocolate caramel flavour, still bright with acidity and hints of summer berries but with enough depth and body to create a delicious latte.
