Altitude: | 1500-2000m | Best Served: | Milky or Black |
Looking westward over the Pacific Ocean, the municipality of Inza is located on the Columbian Plateau and bordered by the high peaks of Tolima and Huila. This coffee was produced by 52 smallholders from the ASORCAFE group of growers, after microlots from the whole organisation were cupped and the best reserved for this limited release. Roasted to a medium level we taste delicious caramel, butterscotch and dried fruit flavours when filtered but equally enjoy its silky smoothness when served as a milky espresso coffee.

Very nice, but not as good a match to my palette as the Colombia Asorcafe Inza Cauca
Paul Mannion (verified owner) –
Exactly as described. Fruity and butterscotch but not too rich to enjoy a couple of morning coffees. I also thought the packaging is a step above what I’ve experienced before.
